We are all clinicians that started a clinically based service on the merit of employers not providing ethical, and evidenced based services. Companies not paying clinicians their worth, or caring about their employees.
At Rebuild we are family centered not just for the community, but also for the employee. We will continue to improve what we can offer therapist to improve their quality of life.
As of now we offer one of the highest pay rates for provisionally licensed therapists, and fully licensed therapists.
We will include a minor fee for supervision of provisionally licensed therapist that is subtracted directly from wages gained.
Successful employee referrals will provide a $250 bonus for each therapist referred.
Bi-lingual therapist have a higher pay rate.
Therapists will be given training for cyber, and an 8 week template that can be utilized to help targeted populations struggling with depression, anxiety, and anger management concerns.
Monthly virtual supervision groups to discuss concerns, and difficult cases, while also providing a space to process difficult cases.
